1. Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form (see the bottom of this page), but you are not required to do so.
2. Return Procedure
After you submit your request, we will send you a confirmation within 2 business days with further instructions for the return shipment.
Because our products are large and shipped on pallets, returns must be handled exclusively through a pallet carrier designated by us. Please ensure that the product is securely and completely packaged and ready for pickup at the original delivery address.
Please return the product within 14 calendar days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel.
3. Product condition
You are liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Please return the product in its original packaging on the pallet, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Return shipping costs
The cost of the return shipment (pallet transport) is the buyer’s responsibility and will be charged to you based on the current pallet rate to your location.

5. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different refund method.
We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned the product, whichever comes first.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are custom-made or personalized just for you.
- Products whose seals have been broken after delivery for hygiene reasons or for health protection purposes.
- Digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, once performance has begun.
7. Business customers (B2B)
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (private buyers). Business customers who make purchases in the course of their professional activities are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
8. Complaints and Disputes
