Raching MON1800A

This stylish electric humidor cabinet can store 900 precious longfiller cigars. Accordingly, the Raching MON1800A has 5 cigar drawers. A perfect investment that pays for itself quickly. This is thanks to the annual price increases of cigars and the user-friendly design that does not require replacing a membrane. The MON series humidors are high-tech cigar humidors with precision climate control. The humidors are unique and, thanks to the PID control system, able to create a stable environment without fluctuations. The humidity can be set between 60% and 75% with a deviation of up to 1%. The temperature is adjustable between 16°C and 22°C with a deviation of up to 0.1°C. The ammonia remover present ensures faster cigar maturation and thus better flavor. At the bottom of the humidor is the habanosommelier drawer. In it, the cigars are dehumidified and warmed back to their original state for tasting.

Technically innovative features of the MON series in terms of humidity and temperature

The humidifier produces water molecules the size of 0.4 nanometers. These moisture droplets are smaller than the molecules of the oil in cigars. As a result, cigars are also better moistened inside thanks to the stronger penetration force. There is no replaceable membrane filter and the water inside the humidor is kept pure.
A good electric humidor is also a true climate closet. The humidors feature a unique, dual-zone system capable of mimicking a sea climate during the summer and winter of a continental climate. Thanks to the presence of double the number of humidifiers, refrigerant, water pump, vents and heater, it is possible to create a stable climate for the cigars inside the humidor.
The humidifier is water-cooled and environmentally friendly. Running the cooling system underwater prevents a drop of up to 20% humidity compared to an air-cooled electric humidor.
7 Sensors at calculated places in the humidor keep the temperature and humidity correct and stable. Unlike humidors of other brands that use 1 temperature and 1 humidity sensor to monitor 20% of the room.
The humidor features “Embraco” VCC compressors manufactured in the USA for powerful results and minimal noise and vibration nuisance. These compressors are used in A+++ energy-efficient appliances.
The humidor is uniquely equipped with as many as 4 air channels thanks to 4 turbo fans and 5 exhaust fans. As a result, even with a completely filled humidor, the temperature and humidity are the same throughout.

Unique installed ammonia removal system

Raching is for “aging. Young cigars contain more ammonia. Thanks to the safe nano-water ion technology, 480 trillion OH radicals are generated per second the size of 5 nanometers. These stable radicals are able to convert the ammonia ions (H) into water (H2O). In conjunction with the water-cooled system, 1 volume of water can dissolve as much as 700 volumes of ammonia. This makes the ammonia removal system up to 99% effective and even deep inside the cigars.

Luxury look with modern display and LED lighting

The Raching MON1800A is a stylish and modern humidor where you can check the temperature and humidity without opening the door. The high-quality, glossy LCD display is stylishly finished in black. It allows you to set the temperature and humidity thanks to its touch screen. An alarm alerts when the water level is low. Distilled water can be replaced or added as needed, but less frequently than in other models outside the MON series. Through the display it is possible to activate the habanosommelier drawer. Otherwise, this area is identically air-conditioned like the rest of the humidor. Where at the top it is best to store the loose cigars and at the bottom the cases. We still recommend storing the loose cigars in cases. The drawers are equipped with dividers. The stainless steel door has tempered double glass with a lock and can be opened from left to right as standard. The humidor comes with LED lighting on both sides for an elegant ambience.

Spanish cedar

The drawers in the humidor and the inside are completely lined with Spanish cedar. The advantage over humidors without Spanish cedar on the inside and drawers only is great. No condensation occurs as with a steel interior and humidity and temperature remain stable. This keeps the cigars fresh and mold-free thanks to the breathable environment. The aroma of the Spanish cedar wood compared to the smell of plastic is good for the taste of the cigars Also, the Spanish cedar wood also keeps away pests such as tobacco beetles and moths.
